At the conference, delegates had many opinions to propose specific solutions, as a basis for effective trade promotion activities between the two countries. In particular, the Departments of Industry and Trade of the provinces have agreed on goals for the period 2023-2025 to increase the import-export turnover between Dien Bien and the northern provinces of Laos by 8% - 10% per year.
