Position and Functions

- Department of Home Affairs is a specialized agency under supervision of the Provincial People’s Committee; functioning as the state management agency on home affairs including organization system; personnel of the state agencies; administrative reform; local authority; administrative frontier; officials and civil servants of the State, communes, wards, and towns; associations and NGOs; archives; religions; emulation, commendation and reward.

- Department of Home Affairs enjoys has status and its own seal and account. It is under guidance and management on organization and personnel of the Provincial People’s Committee as well as specialized guidance of Ministry of Home Affairs.
