Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Hao - Director of Dong Do Japanese Language Center and Study Abroad Consultancy said: In the period from November 1, 2023 to January 10, 2024, Dong Do Japanese Language Center and Study Abroad Consultancy have coordinated to open a Japanese language training class at N5 level at the Center for Foreign Languages - Informatics under the Department of Electrical Education and Training Bien with 33 students are students of the College of Health and the College of Economics and Technology. After completing the Japanese language training class, 33 students were granted Japanese language certificates at N5 level by Dong Do Japanese Language Center and Study Abroad Consulting. At the end of the course, students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in Japanese to practice to form their ability to use Japanese. In particular, students can participate in serving the Cherry Blossom Festival - Dien Bien Phu in 2024 and can participate in serving provincial events such as: National Tourism Year 2024 and cultural and tourism activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the victory over Dien Bien Phu; At the same time, they can participate in the labor export program, study abroad in the Japanese market (if students have aspirations and meet the conditions as prescribed).

He hoped that Hao Phat Company and Dong Do Japanese Language Center would continue to accompany the province to open Japanese classes for different subjects, towards developing Japanese communication in the fields of tourism, nursing... For 33 students who are granted Japanese language certificates at N5 level, if students wish to continue studying Japanese at N4 level or higher-level Japanese language courses, meeting the purposes of studying, exporting labor, studying in Japan, assign the Provincial People's Committee to direct specialized branches to create conditions for students to participate in academic training./.
